# What Is An AdCode?

An **AdCode** is a unique identifier for a specific ad, such as a keyword or email campaign. 

It shows where visitors, customers, and orders originate. 

AdCodes are used to track statistics on your advertising campaigns.  

AdCodes can be set up under **Publisher** >  **AdCodes**.
