# Why Was My Ad Disapproved?

Ads can be disapproved for a number of reasons that include:

1. Your target url landing page is inaccessible. Be sure to test the link you use as your '**Click Url**' to confirm it is accessible.
2. Your ad banner or text descriptive violates one or more of our [Program Guidelines](http://www.ngadverts.com/program-guidelines)

If you believe none of this is the case and your ad has been wrongly disapproved, do submit your ad again for a review.
